Each month, you will get an awesome variety pack of 20 new designs, from 10 different categories. You get 2 unique designs of each category type. You can see the list of categories HERE. Monthly membership is a low $10 per month. The variety pack is yours to keep and will be updated with 20 exciting new designs every month. You will continue to get 20 new designs a month, as long as you stay a current member.
It is as easy as signing up once HERE. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. When your payment clears for the subscription, we send you a password to download the variety pack. If you are a current member and do not receive your sampler within 24 hours of your subscription payment, please email us at support@oregonpatchworks.com.
No. You don't have to get any you don't want. You get the variety pack for your basic membership fee of $10. You can stop there or you can pick and choose whichever specialty packs offered for that month for $25 each.
As a current member, you can get past archives for only $35 ($45 multi-sized) each. The premium embroidery designs club started in January 2010 and archives are available to members from then...on. You can view the archives from HERE. Archives are available to members only. Single designs are also available to non-members from HERE, but the price for singles is substantially higher.
No, you don't have to stay a member forever, but we ask that you remain a member at least 3 months. You can cancel any time you wish after that. We count on the variety and quality of the designs to keep you wanting more! As long as you have a current membership, you continue to get the current variety pack (20 designs) for FREE, the assorted specialty packs (from 35-80 designs each) for $25 ($35 multi-sized) each and the archived specialty packs for $35 ($45 multi-sized) each!
You will receive the variety pack after your subscription payment clears and once a month thereafter, unless you cancel. When you order specialty packs or archives, they are sent to you as soon as payment clears.
The CDs are made between the 10th and 15th of each month. Yes, you can download the designs too.
Your format choices are .art, .dst, .hus, .jef, .pes, .vip, .vp3, and .xxx. If you have more than one brand of machine, you are welcome to download more than one format.
The standard size of the designs is 4x4 unless otherwise stated. Some of the designs are 5x7. Multi-sized specialty packs are also available, where we provide 3 or more sizes of each design.
That's the Silver Threads Golden Needles Club which is also a GREAT option to build a stash of high quality designs at a low monthly fee (you get 70-100 designs a month!) You can read more about it HERE.
For a full explanation of the standard copyright statement which covers the terms of use, go HERE. Simplified Statement: You are getting a license to use the digitized embroidery designs, the original copyright is owned by the digitizer. You can sell or give away PROJECTS that you've made with the designs. You CANNOT sell, give away, duplicate* or share the digitized design files themselves, by any means. Violations of the copyright are subject to USA copyright laws.
*You are allowed to make a backup copy for your own personal use.
Designs paid for are always available for download at no additional cost. Please email us at support@oregonpatchworks.com if you need to get another copy of your files.
Yes. If you prefer to not become a member but want some of the designs, you can order them individually HERE. The cost is higher though, the best value are the club packs.
15. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of these electronically transmitted files, refunds are not available. If you need to cancel your reoccurring subscription, you can do so by emailing us at support@oregonpatchworks.com before the next renewal date. Please expect a confirmation email that says we received your request to cancel, if you do not get the confirmation, re-email us. If cancellation is made AFTER the next renewal date, there will be a reversal fee of 20% deducted from the reimbursement to cover handling fees.
Sorry, but no. The free with purchase samplers listed HERE are available with purchases from the OPW Mall, but not with the club membership packs. Specials and bonuses listed HERE apply to specific vendors within the OPW mall, unless stated otherwise.
